Unique architectural charm, beautiful outdoor courtyard, wide-ranging local delivery options
Fixed windows in some rooms limit fresh air!!! The absence of a kettle in rooms is downright inconvenient!!! Insufficient attention to environmental policies could use improvement!!!

What a letdown! I almost gave a good review, but then i noticed the air-conditioning barely worked, and how unhelpful the staff were when i asked for a kettle in the room. I really expected great service. I just couldn't recommend this place.

I appreciated its spotlessly clean and very specious rooms.
the breakfast was gorgeous with hot polish sausages and tasty omelettes cooked to order and cheeses, helpful service. the room was kept spotlessly clean and available with a free coffee machine.

Krakow is a joy 🇵🇱
Location was super, just a quick stroll to the main square and lots of nice restaurants down the road. The shower was amazing, hot water galore! Brekkie was lekker with plenty to choose from.
Could've done with a kettle in the room for early morning coffee, but the free coffee area made up for it.

Hotel Wawel was a lovely hotel - nice and central, you could walk to everything - the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area wasn't the best but ok. The restaurant was gorgeous and loads of lovely restaurants on the same street as the hotel and the main square just around the corner.
The only thing i had to fault about the hotel was the bed - they were very low and very hard. Also your beside a church and the bells ring on the hour every hour, a tiny bit annoying early in the morning but other than that a great hotel to stay in.

Great-sized and clean hotel, location was marvellous and incredible just off market place and public transport. The breakfast was lovely with hot Polish sausages, tasty omelettes cooked to order plus cheeses and the restaurant food was well presented. The room was immaculately clean and carpeted with new bathrooms, free drinks plus comfortable bed for a fantastic stay on a business trip.

Perfect placement - in the very center of Krakow but in a quiet street, very attentive personnel, nice jacuzzi, fine breakfast. We had a double room with air conditioning under mansard roof and enjoyed it - a lot of space, good bathroom equipment.
It would be better to have a proper big bed in a double room, two single put together are not very comfortable.

Oh, where do I start? The Colombian coffee at breakfast was a game-changer! And the location? Just a hop to Pod Aniolami for the yummiest Polish cuisine and a quick sprint to 77 Sushi to satisfy those sushi cravings-delish! Plus, the staff were like a personal tour guide to the local eats.
Just a heads-up to watch out for sneaky fees! But honestly, the charm of Krakow still shines bright.

Hotel staff were most accommodating. Breakfast was good, with the added convenience of immediate access to an a la carte restaurant (The Rocking Horse). Position in a quiet street of the old town of Cracow was excellent. Would/will return.

It is a well laid out hotel and from the very beginning the reception staff were excellent and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent value for money. We would certainly stay at Hotel Wawel when we return to Krakow.
